Description
We are currently involved in the following projects:
- Project on functional genomics in cooperation with CenStat, CMK and BIOMED;
- Structure Mining: mining patterns in graph-structured data;
- Dataflows in Bioinformatics: project on formal models for representing data-centered workflows in bioinformatics and on dataflow repositories;
- Alma-grid, the virtual lab - a Euregio Meuse-Rhine collaboration between:
- BIOMED, the Biomedical Research Institute at Hasselt University, Belgium,
- GIGA, the Interdisciplinary Cluster for Applied Geno-proteomics at Liège University, Belgium,
- IMB, the Institute for Molecular Biology at Aachen University, Germany,
- and GCM, The Genome Center Maastricht at Maastricht University, The Netherlands.
