As described in the paper, we used two protein interaction networks to assess the performance of SLIDER:
- a high-confidence PPI-network of yeast (zip file) determined using tandem-affinity purification followed by a mass-spectrometry consisting of 1,620 proteins and 9,060 interactions ; and
- a human (zip file) network curated from literature which has 8,872 proteins and 14,230 interactions .
We also made use of several simulated networks (zip file).
